FAQ

1. What happens if I fail the quiz?

You will have one additional chance to pass the quiz.  The quiz will tell you which questions you got wrong.  Please review the presentation and retake the quiz.  If you fail a second time, you will miss the opportunity to get this continuing education credit.  If you’d like to retake the course or if you feel there was an error in the quiz grading, please contact Carrie at Carrie@slpsolution.com.  Make sure to reference the specific quiz and question as appropriate.

2. Do You Offer ASHA CEUs?  Or any type of CEUs?

The short answer is no.  But we do offer certification maintenance hours, which will count for all 30 of your ASHA hours.  You will need to check with your individual state or other licensing boards to determine if CMH can count toward your credentialing hours.  For more information about CMH, click here!

3. If I don’t print out my certificate now, can I come back and get it later?

No, our system will only present your certificate to you today.  Please print this out and save it now.  If you need to come back in and get the certificate at a later time, you will need to re-take the quiz.

4. Do I Have to Take the Quiz?

No!  This quiz is only necessary if you would like to print out the continuing education certificate to prove you took the webinar.

5. Can I get the certificate if I didn’t watch the live presentation?

Yes!  We offer the continuing education certificate to anyone who passes the quiz.  You just need to watch the recording first.
