Teachers:
Tell them ahead of time when you are going to ask for their input
- Present Levels of Educational Performance
- -How is it disability impacting in classroom
- Current Functioning
-What progress have you seen on common goals - Goals. How will goals help the child in the classroom and will you be able to support these goals
-Extra Training?
Administrators:
- Give them an outline of meeting and ask them ahead of time to make sure you hit everything
-Include each concern with corresponding goal
-Can include checkboxes for parts of the IEP like parent concerns and minutes - Ask them how to go about securing any accomm/mod/assist tech (make sure you mention ahead of time)
